To update your shop labor rate, please download & complete the form. Return the form to Service@CADCodist.com so that we have a record of it. We will then submit it to SnowEx for processing. You may update your shop labor once a year.
The link above is to the SnowEx Warranty Manual. This manual contains information on the length of warranty on a unit as well as a flat rate or "book time" guide.
New Warranty RMA
To file a SnowEx warranty claim, log in to the dealer portal on snowexproducts.com. Once logged in click "my dashboard" in the top right hand corner. Once on the dashboard look on the left side of the screen for the words "Warranty RMA," After clicking "Warranty RMA" a drop down will apear. Now click on "NEW Warranty RMA" and follow the prompts.
